If your order is late and has yet to arrive:
- Check the status of the delivery by tracking your order.
- Check if an 'Item Awaiting Collection' or 'Safe Drop' card has been left in your letterbox or underneath your door.
- Check to see if anyone else at the address has accepted or signed for the order on your behalf.
If you are still not able to locate or track the delivery status of your order, please contact us and we will get in touch with Australia Post to investigate further.
